Can I add more than one store to my account?

Yes you can add as many stores to your account as you like. Once logged in go to Store Management and click the Add New button.

 

Do I have to buy a license pack for each store?

You can share your license packs between all stores listed in your account.

 

How do I get my phone setup?

Android Users:

1. Make sure your device has access to the Internet

2. Go to Google Play, search for Rapid Stocking scanner and install the app

3. When prompted enter one of your available license keys from your account

a. Only one license key per device is allowed

4. Log into your Rapid Stocking Scanner account, assign the newly added mobile device a specific store (this is important if you have more than one store)

5. Each time you open the app, your device will check the web server auto download the latest version of your Point of Sale extract

 

iPhone

1. Make sure your device has access to the Internet

2. Go to iTunes, search for Rapid Stocking scanner and install the app

3. When prompted enter one of your available license keys from your account

How do I install my Point of Sale extract?

1. Log into your account

2. Choose Information Management from the menu

3. Click the browse button for the store you want to upload the Point of Sale extract

4. Select the file from your computer

5. It will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to fully update

a. Once the extract is fully loaded your device will auto update the next time you open the app and have access to the Internet
